Rulings

  • You cannot activate "Miracle Kids" if you have no "Hero Kid" cards in your GY.
  • The ATK reduction of "Miracle Kids" is determined and applied when "Miracle Kids" resolves. Even if a "Hero Kid" card is removed from the GY after that, the ATK reduction of "Miracle Kids" remains.
