Miracle Kids
Card effect (current official text)Target 1 monster your opponent controls; that target loses 400 ATK for each "Hero Kid" in your Graveyard, until the End Phase.
Rulings
- You cannot activate "Miracle Kids" if you have no "Hero Kid" cards in your GY.
- The ATK reduction of "Miracle Kids" is determined and applied when "Miracle Kids" resolves. Even if a "Hero Kid" card is removed from the GY after that, the ATK reduction of "Miracle Kids" remains.
