Card effect (current official text)Activate only while you control a face-up "X-Saber" monster. Negate the Summon of a monster, and destroy it.
Rulings
- This card can only be used to negate the summon of a Monster(s) while there is no ongoing chain. It can negate Summons like that of "Cyber Dragon", but not monsters summoned by "Call of the Haunted".
