Card effect (current official text)You can pay 800 Life Points and select 1 other face-up Psychic-Type monster you control. That monster can attack twice during each Battle Phase. This card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect.
Rulings
- Psychic Snail's effect targets 1 of your other Psychic-Type monsters. Paying 800 Life Points is a cost.
- Psychic Snail's effect can be activated multiple times during the same turn, as long as you can pay the cost.
