Card effect (current official text)Tribute 1 Psychic-Type monster. Return all cards in your opponent's hand to the Deck. Then, they draw 3 cards.
Rulings
- Psi-Impulse cannot be activated if your opponent has less than 3 cards remaining in their Deck or they have no cards in their hand.
- If an effect is chained that results in your opponent having 0 cards in their hand, Psi-Impule's effect disappears.
