When this face-up card you control is destroyed and sent to your GY: You can target 1 Spell in your GY; add that target to your hand. You must have 3 or more Spellcaster monsters in your GY to activate and to resolve this effect.
Rulings
- "This card cannot be Special Summoned from the GY" is not an effect.
- This effect targets 1 Spell Card in your GY.If you have 3 or more Spellcaster-Type monsters in your GY, including "Ice Queen" after it is sent to the GY, you can activate the effect.
- If "Ice Queen" is equipped to "Relinquished" while face-up and is destroyed and sent to the GY, you can activate the effect.
