Card effect (current official text)When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can activate 1 of these effects. ● Destroy Spells/Traps on the field, up to the number of "HERO" monsters you control, except this card. ● Add 1 "HERO" monster from your Deck to your hand.

Rulings

  • When you activate this effect, you must declare which effect you are using.
  • You can't choose the destroy effect if you control no other HERO monsters.

If you choose the destroy effect:

  • Starlight Road can't be chained.
  • Stardust Dragon's effect can be chained.
  • You must destroy at least 1 card (unless you control no Hero monsters, in which case you destroy none).
