Card effect (current official text)When your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card: Your opponent draws 1 card, also negate the Spell/Trap activation, and if you do, destroy it.
Rulings
- This card can only negate the initial activation of Spell/Trap Cards. It can't negate the effect of an already face-up "Royal Oppression".
