Blackwing - Shura the Blue Flame
Card effect (current official text)When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon 1 "Blackwing" monster with 1500 or less ATK from your Deck, but its effects are negated.
Rulings
- This card’s effect specifies "and sends it to the GY". It triggers at the end of the Damage Step, but not if the destroyed monster wasn’t sent to the GY, or if this card is no longer face-up on the field.
