Card effect (current official text)If you control a "Blackwing" monster, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; change that target's battle position.
Rulings
- If you target a face-down Defense Position monster, it is flipped into face-up Attack Position. If you flip a Flip monster this way, its Flip Effect can activate.
