Card effect (current official text)Once per turn: You can target 1 Dragon-Type monster in your opponent's Graveyard; Special Summon that target to your side of the field. Your opponent cannot target face-up Fairy-Type monsters for attacks, except this one.

Rulings

(1) Once per turn, you can select and Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type monster in your opponent's GY to your side of the field. (2) Your opponent cannot select another face-up Fairy-Type monster as an attack target.

  • The (1) Ignition Effect activates & resolves on the field.
  • This effect targets 1 Dragon-Type monster in your opponent’s GY.
  • This effect is negated by Necrovalley.
  • The (2) Continuous Effect applies while this card is face-up on the field.
  • If you control two copies of Victoria, your opponent cannot attack your Fairy-Type monsters.
