Card effect (current official text)Equip only to "Elemental HERO Sparkman". During your Main Phase: You can target 1 face-up monster; change the battle position of that target. After you use this effect 3 times, destroy this card.

Rulings

  • "Spark Blaster" targets.
  • You can activate the effect of "Spark Blaster" multiple times in the same Main Phase. You can activate the effect of "Spark Blaster" during the same turn you played it from your hand.
  • You can chain to "Spark Blaster" when its effect is used. After its effect is used 3 times, you cannot chain to the destruction of "Spark Blaster".
  • If you chain to the effect of "Spark Blaster" with "Emergency Provisions" and send "Spark Blaster" to your GY, because "Spark Blaster" is no longer on the field its effect disappears.
