Card effect (current official text)When a "roid" monster you control is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can return that monster to its owner's hand.

Rulings

  • You can activate "Rescueroid’s" effect when "Dark Jeroid" or "Elemental Hero Necroid Shaman" is destroyed by battle and sent to the GY because they have "roid" in their card names. "Elemental Hero Necroid Shaman" would be returned to the Extra Deck instead.
