Special Summon 1 of those monsters from your Graveyard in Attack Position and place 1 Fog Counter on it. It cannot be changed to Defense Position by a card effect.

  • The Cloudian monster Special Summoned with Raging Cloudian cannot be targeted by Book of Moon.
