Card effect (current official text)This card can be used as a substitute for any 1 Fusion Material whose name is specifically listed on the Fusion Monster Card, but the other Fusion Material(s) must be correct. You can discard this card to the Graveyard; add 1 "Polymerization" from your Deck to your hand.
Rulings
- The ① effect doesn't apply while in the Deck. You can use this card in the Deck as Fusion Material as the WATER for "Elemental HERO Absolute Zero", but you can't use this card in the Deck as Fusion Material as the "Cyber Dragon" for "Chimeratech Overdragon".
- You can't use the ① effect as a Specific Material for "Contact Fusion" like "Gladiator Beast Gyzarus".
- You can onlt use the ① effect for a listed card name, like "Cyber Dragon". You can't use it for a generic name, like "1 "HERO" Monster".
