Card effect (current official text)Target 1 face-up "Elemental HERO" monster you control; halve its ATK until the end of this turn, but it can attack twice during this turn's Battle Phase.

Rulings

  • You only halve the ATK of the selected "Elemental Hero" when "Hero Heart" resolves. If you later equip the monster with "Axe of Despair" it will get the full +1000 ATK.
