When this card is Tribute Summoned, it gains the following effect: (1)● The effects of Effect Monsters cannot be activated.

• The (C) Condition is not an effect, it cannot be negated.
• This card must be Tribute Summoned, not Normal Summoned by Mausoleum of the Emperor.
• The (1) effect is lost if this card is flipped face-down and later Flip Summoned.
• The (1) effect stays if this card is flipped face-down and later flipped face-up (by card effect).
• The (1) effect stays if this card is temporarily banished (by Interdimensional Matter Transporter).
• The (1) Continuous Effect applies while this Tribute Summoned card is face-up on the field.
• This effect does not prevent a monster's Continuous Effects from being applied.
• This effect prevents ALL Monster Card Effects from ACTIVATING in any Zone, even your own.
