Rulings
- When you activate Thunder of Ruler, since your opponent cannot enter the Battle Phase, your opponent proceeds from MP 1 to the End Phase.If MP 1 is also skipped after the effect of "Thunder of Ruler," the affected player will not receive a MP 2.
- Q: If "Timeater’s" effect causes a player to skip their MP 1 and then during their SP their opponent activates "Thunder of Ruler", will the player get a MP 2? A: Since Thunder of Ruler will prevent you from entering your Battle Phase you will not get a MP 2. Timeater prevented your from having a MP 1. The end result will be you having only a DP, SP, and End Phase during that turn.
