Card effect (current official text)During your opponent's Standby Phase, you can pay 500 Life Points to randomly select 1 card in your opponent's hand and look at it.
Rulings
Currently, you can use "Inspection" as many times as you can afford to pay for during the same Standby Phase.
A: Yes they could in response to you activating "Inspection's" effect. Since "Inspection" is a Continous Spell Card its effect would disappear when it tries to resolve. (It needs to remain face-up on the field.)
