Rulings
- The choice of increasing ATK/DEF on the equipped monster is determined when "7 Completed" is activated.
- If "7 Completed" is equipped to another legal target by "Fairy’s Hand Mirror," the choice of increasing ATK/DEF by the effect of "7 completed" does not change.
- If "7 Completed" is equipped to another legal target by "Tailor of the Fickle," the choice of increasing ATK/DEF by the effect of "7 Completed" does not change.
