Summon Cloud
Card effect (current official text)Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if you don't control any monsters, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Cloudian" monster from your hand or from either player's Graveyard. If you Special Summon a monster from the Graveyard with this effect, destroy this card.
Rulings
- The effect of "Summon Cloud" does not target.
- When you activate "Summon Cloud", you cannot yet Special Summon a "Cloudian" monster. After "Summon Cloud" resolves, you can activate its effect to Special Summon a "Cloudian" monster in a separate Chain.
- The effect of destroying "Summon Cloud" is applied after Special Summoning the "Cloudian" monster and does not begin another Chain.
