Card effect (current official text)Target 2 face-up monsters on the field; halve the ATK of 1 monster, and if you do, add that lost ATK to the other monster. These effects last until the end of this turn.
Rulings
- This card halves the current ATK of the monster it targets.
- If this card targets a monster that is affected by Shrink, its ATK will become half of the halved ATK, or 1/4 its original ATK. If a monster whose ATK is halved by Riryoku is affected by Shrink, its ATK will become half of its original (printed) ATK.
