Reasoning
Card text as printed in this era① Your opponent declares a number from 1 to 12,
then you reveal cards from the top of your Deck until you reveal a monster that can be Normal Summoned/Set,
then, if its Level isn't the declared number, send all revealed cards to the GY,
else Special Summon it, also send the remaining cards to the GY.
Rulings
- You can't activate this card if you have no monsters that can be Normal Summoned/Set in your Deck.
- You can't activate this card while "Vanity's Fiend" is applying.
- If you reveal a card that can't be Summoned because EG "Power Filter" is applying, send all cards to the GY.
