Card effect (current official text)During your opponent's turn: Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; Special Summon 1 "Mirage Token" with the same Level, Type, Attribute, ATK, and DEF as that target. Destroy this Token during the End Phase.

Rulings

  • You cannot activate Physical Double during the Damage Step.
  • If you activate Physical Double and your opponent chains Ring of Destruction to destroy his targeted monster, the effect of Physical Double disappears.
