Rulings
(1) Neither player can Special Summon monsters. (2) When this card is flipped face-up, destroy all Special Summoned monsters on the field.
- The (1) Continuous Effect applies while this card is face-up.
- Monsters cannot be Special Summoned face-down (by Super-Nimble Mega Hamster).
- The (2) mandatory Trigger Effect cannot miss the timing.
- If this face-down card is attacked, this effect activates in Substep 6 - Resolve Effects.
- This effect destroys monsters Special Summoned face-down (by Super-Nimble Mega Hamster).
- This effect destroys Special Summoned monsters that were flipped face-down (by Book of Moon).
