Card text as printed in this eraⓊ You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) to your opponent's field by tributing 1 Level 3 or lower monster they control, also place 1 A-Counter on this card (You can't Normal/Special Summon the turn you use this effect). ② Monsters with A-Counters lose 300 ATK/DEF for each A-Counter on them, while battling an 'Alien' monster, during Damage Calculation only.

Rulings

  • While you control 2 copies of this card, a battling monster with 1 A-Counter will lose 600 ATK/DEF.
  • All of the Ⓤ is one single unclassified effect. Tributing a monster is a cost for this effect. This effect does not start a chain.
