Is Niberu even a card in the current meta?

So Nib is terrible, right? Or is it just me? It feels like it’s so easy to out now, and if you use it preemptively before they built an out, they can just play out of it so easily.

I used to LOVE nibiru when I played swordsoul back in the day :), it was nice going second and having a way to clear my opponents board, but it might be easily played through now
